Wyatt's Nursery is coming along, we had two baby showers this weekend so there was a lot of organizing to do!! Check out his loot and my super cute diaper bag!!

The girls from work took me out for dinner and a movie and gave me a shower.
Thanks Ladies!!!

Painting Time!

Here are a couple of little projects we are working on for Wyatt's room. I found a great deal on a change table, and a glider/ottoman off of Craig list, so we are busy painting a sewing a new cover for the chair. We are also going to refinish a rocking chair of Brandon's from when he was
a little boy!

Finally Home

So much has happened. . . . we just got home this weekend from our 6 week stay at Emory University Hospital. Brandon underwent three brain surgeries the first two went very well but the third was a whole other story. I think by the time the third surgery cam around Brandon's body had just been through to much. he ended up going into acute renal failure, caught pneumonia, several different infections, he was on a vent for six days, he developed blood clots in both of his legs, and he was not able to move his left side of his body for the first two weeks after the surgery. It was a very long and scary road, that is getting better slowly but surly. Brandon is still going to have to go through physical, occupational, and speech therapy for the next little while, and take it very easy until Wyatt gets here. So far there haven't been any signs of siezures so that is wonderful news!! We are so grateful to be home, we have a baby we need to start getting ready for. Wyatt is going to be here in 9 very quick weeks I am sure. So Brandon is resting and I am starting to nest!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Monday, July 20, 2009

So we are moved in to the new place. We both really like it here, it is very quiet out here in the middle of no where. I had forgotten how exhausting it is to move, and it is way tougher when you are pregnant!! Brandon is making sure that I don't over work my self or pick up anything that I shouldn't. I am hoping we will get it all done before I leave for Canada on Thursday.

So I got my "pump" it is actually working I haven't felt this good in a long time, I had forgotten what it was like to eat and keep it down! The whole sticking a needle in my leg isn't much fun but Brandon is good to help me with it so that makes it a little bit better. I am not looking forward to traveling with it though I think I might have a hard time going through customs/security.

I am very excited to get to see everyone in just two more days!!

I am sure every one know but just in case. .

Its been way to long!! So much has been going on and I really can not remember most of it sorry. I am sure everyone who reads this knows but just in case. . . . . we are expecting a little"butter bean" as Brandon likes to call him/her in December. We are so overjoyed to be blessed with such a wonderful gift. I do have to say that for a little while I thought our baby was trying to kill me!!! I have been so so sick, and hopefully it will be getting better her soon. So we do not know yet what we are having but we will be finding out in about 3 and 1/2 weeks, and we are so excited. I am not going to be able to tuff it out and wait to find out like Rebecca and Taylor.

So we are in the process of packing up again and moving, we found a cute little log cabin that we are going to rent for at least the next 6 months. It is in Pine Mountain kind of in the middle of no where which is nice, very peace full and quiet. So hopefully we will be settled in there soon.

Thundersnow!!

So from looking at these pictures you would most likely think "oh more pictures from Chicago" right! Well you would be wrong this was Pine Mountain Georgia this last weekend on Sunday afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous how much snow we got. You would never know it now since we are back up in the 50's and 60's but it was bad. I know that I have lived in the South for quite some time now but I know I was not just being a wimpy Southerner, is this not crazy!!

Chicago

So I went to Chicago to visit Erin, Nate & my brand new niece Ella last weekend. I had tons of fun, Ella is such a sweet heart, I just couldn't get enough of her!! It was a little to cold for me, I had definitely forgot what it is like during "real" winter with snow and all. I know for sure that I am going to have to stay in the south forever now, plus I think Brandon might actually die if he was to experience that type of weather! So anyways we got to go to a fun baby shower while I was in Chicago. Erin and Ella got some very cute gifts.

Thank you for my cute socks Auntie Kathryn!!

It just so happened that while I was there it was also Erin and Ben's Birthdays, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my wonderful brother and sister!! We went out for a nice dinner, it was Ella's first time out to eat, she was on her best behavior, and then back to the house for the best cake ever!!! A Dairy Queen Ice Cream Cakes are by far the best kind of cake anyone could choose for their birthday!! All and all it was a wonderful trip not long enough, and I can not wait to get to see all three of the Bunderson's again in just a few weeks!

Old Train Bridge

So this weekend Brandon took me for a picnic next to the Chatahoochie River. It was so nice to be outside and just relax in the sun!! After our nice relaxing picnic, we decieded to break the law(I didn't know this was illegal, but Brandon did and failed to mention it) There was this really cool old train bridge that goes across the river, that I wanted some pictures of so. .. . . . . Once we were half way on the bridge Brandon tells me that it is illegal and we better hurry up, so then I start to freak out and have a panic attack. Anways we made it off safe and sound, and it was alot of fun, scary, and stupid, but fun!

Fort Tyler

It is almost Spring time, and I LOVE this time of year, it is by far the best season!! I just love being outside, and soaking in the sun. In spirit of spring time, and the warm weather that has been here recently I told Brandon that he has to take to somewhere every weekend that I have never been , and it has to be outside. So last weekend he took me to Fort Tyler, where the battle of West Point happened during the Civil War. It was so neat to go here, we were the only people there and we just wandered around, and Brandon gave me a little history lesson. There is so much history around us down here in the South and I look forward to learning more about it.
